Fujian Longking introduced the pneumatic conveying technology from Key Center for Bulk Solids and Particulate Technologies, Australia in 2001, and established Xiamen Longking Bulk Materials Science and Engineering Co., Ltd instead of the former Pneumatic Ash Conveying Institute, specializing in the research and development of materials handling technology, especially in the research and application of bulk materials conveying, dry-type slag removal, bin design, and other high-tech.
    For the self-development and innovation, Xiamen Longking has bended himself to the technology research and development over years, and has made great progress. With the constant test and application of new technique, Xiamen Longking has developed the based-on material property system design technology, worked out the first pneumatic conveying system for sintering and steel-making industry at domestic, and the pneumatic ash conveying system for 1000MW units in power plants. Meanwhile, Xiamen Longking has developed the special fluidizing device for bottom-discharging conveyors, different types of blow-tank with fluidizing and special materials discharging device, pressure working technique, limestone powder feeding system for CFB boilers, one-to-multiple conveying diverter, and so on, which is significant to the development of pneumatic conveying technology in China, and makes Longking as a supreme company in such field. Xiamen Longking’s scientific and technological achievements have reached the international advanced level, in particular the LQZ Pneumatic Conveying Technology inaugurates a new era, which not only can provide the design of whole pneumatic conveying system, but also can accurately check the design data and do the fault diagnosis for the existing system troubles. The LQZ Pneumatic Conveying Technology has been identified by the domestic experts as the world's leading technology. The products of Xiamen Longking are widely used not only in China but also in many overseas countries, such as Indonesia, India, Brazil, Peru etc.
   Xiamen Longking has got orders and provided pneumatic conveying systems for more than 400 units in power plants including 1000MW units, and has been listed as the Recommended Auxiliary Equipment for 200MW – 600MW Power Plant by China Thermal Power Plan and Design Institute and China Power Equipment Co., Ltd. Xiamen Longking is able to provide a series of service as materials property analysis, system design, equipment supply, erection, commissioning and maintenance and so on. For the different problems of existing pneumatic conveying systems, Xiamen Longking has provided the fault diagnosis and troubleshooting successfully in many power plants, such as Chengdu Jintang Power Plant (2X660MW units, China Electric Power Group), Henan Xinxiang Power Plant (2X660MW units, China Huaneng Group), Shan’xi Pucheng Power Plant (2X330MW units, China Huadian Group), Yunnan Xuanwei Power Plant (300MW units China Electric Power Group), etc.
